A Spell Inside

A SPELL INSIDE was founded in 1989 by Melrow (vocals, programming) and PeKirk (synths, samples). After some funny sessions the whole thing became bigger and bigger and one year later KlauRo joined the band as a guitar-player. A Spell Inside was born. This moment was the real start of ASI and it was the aim to create a modern electronic style with some slight guitars. Because this was a sound which one couldnt find at any other bands at that moment. And so the story moved on …

Akanoid

Vier Alben und eine Compilation haben AKANOID bereits veröffentlicht. Hinzu kommen Releases mit diversen Solo- und Nebenprojekten (u.a. Sphere) in den Bereichen Trance, Electro und Rock.
Das die Soundtüftler wahre Multitalente sind, bewiesen sie auch auf ihrem noch aktuellen Album „Cocktail Pop“, das die Grenzen der angestammten, elektronischen Stlistik überschritt und ganz im Zeichen seines Titels stand.

Waren Akanoid bisher vor allem für ihre hypnotischen Arrangements bekannt, betten sie ihre Elektronik nun noch stärker in melodische Songstrukturen mit emotionalem Gesang und akzentuierten Gitarreneinsätzen.
Das Ergebnis ist eine eigenständige Mixtur aus modernem Electro Pop mit gelegentlichen 80er-Reminiszenzen und tanzbaren Indietronic-Rhythmen.

Nach Uwe`s Ausstieg Ende 2007 und der personellen Aufrüstung zur vierköpfigen Band, arbeiten AKANOID nunmehr an ihrem fünften Studioalbum, das durch einen Vorboten in Form der 100 Burning Guitars EP, und dem Support der Crüxshadows Tour im Juli angekündigt werden sollte.

AMNISTIA - word and music – music and word – competition but still symbiosis. Both strong and independent, but only together they are successful in all areas. AMNISTIA stands for facets of dark, electronic dancemusic without a main focus on trends in the clubscene. Kickdrums, hard basslines, snaresounds, discreet but striking placed samples and a charismatic voice are the attributes of their sound. The lyrics are reflections of typical facets of human existence. Anger, hate, love and disruption - life itself in a word.

AMNISTIA was founded in 2003 in Leipzig (Germany) by Stefan Schoetz and Tino Claus, forced by the wish to create music with its own style and without dogmas. Since that day the band pushes forward irresistible. After many shows and the release of a couple of CD-R’s during the last years they got well-known in the scene. In August 2006 they signed a deal with SCANNER. The first cooperation was the release of their album „Neophyte“ (Scanner | SC 065). Now their 2nd longplayer „Blackguard“ is out and AMNISTIA will play whereever they wanted to play to promote their music and those who got the chance in the past to see AMNISTIA on stage, know that it is going to be hot.

The name AMNISTIA is both program and philosophy. In many languages it means amnesty. AMNISTIA releases from inactivity and gives freedom for creativity, it is an outlet and their work is the verdict of their minds transformed into sound.
